2 spots remain!

There are 2 more spots left for the fall quarter (or the rest of the 2010 year) of training at the Structural Self-defense Club.

In the first three months you'll learn: breathing exercises to reduce tension & promote relaxation that can be beneficial for explosive technique; distance awareness; Powerline Striking, footwork, and defense against ambush attacks. The techniques you learn, will help you defend against the "average joe" type of aggressor - someone who isn't skilled in fighting, may be strong & intimidating, and just so happens to pick a fight with you.
